Updated coding to build CASA5.X versions, fully tested including UVMultiFit package (currently only available for CASA5.X). Uses a CentOS6.10 image saved on harbor for longer-term stability. The update also removes the now-redundant version4.5-5.8 directory, as there are now separate 4.5-4.7 and 5.0-5.8 directories. This is the last of the rebuilding/updating efforts needed at present.
