Private harbor rework

[at88mph]

• Rename registryXXX to repositoryXXX to differentiate with IVOA Registry
• Add default tab labels in the Portal
• Remove extra clientSecret configuration (bug)
• Expose /repository endpoint to obtain repository hosts
