OpenConfig Catalog Server

The OpenConfig Catalog Server implements a GraphQL server and static HTML frontend for querying and updating OpenConfig YANG Models according to the OpenConfig catalog schema defined here.

The implementation is currently designed to be deployed to GCP Cloud Run.
