During discovery with @httpsmenahassan, found hard coded references to a private plugin. Should have the plugin be public and usable by the community or removed/deprecated.

Thanks! AFAIK, this is indeed a piece of 2U-specific functionality. I've opened a ticket for us to review and come up with a path forward. It will be tracked as APER-3570.
