Can I ask for clarification on the plans for this? I know the support page in the app needs to be added but edXpert seems like it is separate from this is that true? The edX app has a "submit feedback" page / email the support team section separate from edXpert. |
Update the RG app to support privacy policy, cookie policy, selling data & personal information, get support. Maybe need a feature flag for this. |
This functionality is already implemented in the RG app. It can be seen by tapping "Contact support" in the profile screen. In our case, we would need to see if the copy needs to be updated for the button and also update the email-to information as we have a different support email. I think the email should be updateable in the config. Subject matter expert: @saeedbashir |
The email is configurable already with the config key |
User can access support email from profile page to get more help using the application.
