Rotate an Image Barcode_label.php

Hi, trying to get an image to rotate in the barcode_label.php, wondering if you can help me with the code? I got the image to appear on the PDF document but having issues with getting the image to rotate in degrees. Here's the code I have added but not working, can you look at it to see what I am doing wrong?
