omtd-component-executor

A project that provides

  • OMTD component executors; i.e., tools for executing/calling OMTD-compliant components (e.g. UIMA, GATE).

  • A fetcher for downloading the dependencies of a Maven artifact. It is used to fetch the dependencies of an OMTD component.

  • A generator for automatically creating Galaxy XML wrappers for OMTD components from the respective OMTD-SHARE (https://github.com/openminted/omtd-share_metadata_schema) descriptors.
