Cannot save a monitor when the trigger has actions added to it

Describe the bug

When I edit a monitor and attempt to add a action to a trigger and click "update" button the button just spins forever and the monitor is never updated. Updating works fine as long as there are no actions attached to a Trigger, I can edit and save the alert or Trigger configuration, but once I attach an action to a trigger it appears that the monitor can not be updated.
