Summary

For a time during the GTFS flex specification process, location groups were replaced by stop areas (shared with Fares V2). This decision was reverted and location groups are now their own entity again in the final flex spec. We kept the compatibility code around because Arcadis tooling was still outputting the old spec draft but that is no longer needed.

Therefore we can remove the compatibility code.
