Possible tests:

Credentials are missing
Credentials are incorrect or revoked
File already present and matches hash
File already present and doesn't match hash
Download errors: driven by torrent client, so need to determine possible
exceptional conditions like connections being dropped or insufficient disk
space and what the torrent client does in those situations
