Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The behavior for multipart form responses is unknown. It probably won't work.

Describe the solution you'd like
Determine what the current behavior is and support recording/playing back form responses.

Describe alternatives you've considered
n/a

Additional context
A form will have to be added to the Sandbox app to happy path test this.
