Unable to make post request to get Time in Axis Vapix

Hi
I am trying to send a post request using python as below but i receive error code 2000. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

Hi Vivek,

I am still getting the same error. Can you send postman request by exporting it so i can test here ? alternatively if you can provide the curl command , that would help.

I have tried using postman but it is saying not authorized. When i used other query that uses get request with auth it is working fine.
