Image Initialization with External Manufacturer

Hello,
I am trying to get an image from the Apix Station VMS API. I am successfully getting an image with some cameras using the SnapshotFacade/GetSnapshot endpoint. I am having no success with other cameras . I am getting a 200 response, but the response looks like this - {"Snapshots": []}. I noticed the manufacturer of all the problematic cameras are Hanwa Techwin or Hanwa Vision manufactured. All the Axis manufactured cameras seem to be working correctly. Is there a step I am missing in configuring cameras that are not native to Axis manufactured that need to be completed in order to get images?
