AXIS Scene Metadata integration | Clothing Color

We are looking to integrate this feature (top/bottom color identification) with our existing systems by capturing and parsing the metadata.

We are a bit confused with how to enable this feature, and have not been able to receive any of the related data.
Current OS version: 12.0.96
We have a AXIS M4327-P (on exceptions list) and a AXIS M4308-PLE.
It could be that we are having trouble identifying what qualifies as [ARPTEC-8 and Ambarella CV25]

In panoramic cameras, considering the image distortion, it would be difficult to identify the top/bottom of a person's clothing.
I suspect you would need a camera with a classic lens instead of a fisheye.
