There is no nirvana, no holy grail, no sacred chalice ... there is no end goal like a grand theory of everything ... the theory is never proven, always becoming deeper ... the solution is the freedom that comes from embracing DISCIPLINE.
It's the discipline of never really letting up, having a sense of humor about it and enjoying the ironies, difficulties and struggles in continuous striving to get just a little bit tougher, just a little bit better.
The days cannot ever be about quitting, distractions or diversions ... the point is to push ahead in a manner that is indefinitely sustainable.
It's a matter of enjoying the work and effort of never-ending learning, constanly training, relentlessly attempting to improve the habits of being ourselves ...in the end, it's about trying to leave the world a little better positioned to enjoy the continuous striving.
