Replying to Interlisp blog posts?

(FILES?) isn't just for listing the functions that are defined, it's to initiate the (CLEANUP) proccess.
It's odd to pass aroud a 40MB VM and besides, people have their own INIT.

Should we add MANAGER to the apps sysout? They would at least get a GUI for FILEPKG/manager.

At the very least, the intro Using page could point at the primer and talk a little about (CLEANUP).
