Instances properties by Openstack provider with operating syste unknown value

Currently I'm living the next behavior. Some instances deployed in the same openstack provider can't report the operating System:

Any idea why manageIq can't report that propertie?

I could validate that this information is stored in database schema but I don't understand why the manageiq can't obtain the information from openstack image.

I believe we can only retrieve this value if the vm is running when we run the refresh.

On Openstack we can only get the operating_system information from the image it was cloned from. Specifically we look for a miq_template with ems_ref=vm.image["id"] and get the product_name from that.

If the original image isn't available anymore we can't get the operating system info.
