Add current YouTube video to playlist?

Hi. I patched YouTube using defaults and now using it I'm not seeing any way to add the current video to a playlist.

Am I missing it or is this not possible?

You may have hidden the playlist button. Settings > Revanced > Layout > Hide action buttons, Hide playlist button, off.
