Create user failing in keycloak.

Hi team,
We have integrated user-org service with the keycloak server and trying to create a user using the user create api in it.When I am trying to create the user i am getting the below exception "Method threw 'javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException' exception.
HTTP 404 Not Found" ,when I am hitting the same url via webbrowser i am able to see the keycloak console ((http://localhost:8080/auth/)(which shows keycloak server is running successfully) .
Could someone please help me resolve this issue.
Note:Basically we trying to create a new user and later will also try to retrieve it.

NOTE:Though the user is getting persisted in cassandra database and the entry is visible in database,facing the above issue when it comes to keycloak
