Requesting access to Robotics IMS will grant you access (if approved) to view and edit parts of our central robotics database. Follow the simple steps below to request access.
1. Requesting Access
First head to our Request Access Page
You will be asked to enter 3 key pieces of information to help you stand out from other users, an email, username and password.
These credentials must meet the following criteria or you will be met with an error message.
Email
Username
Password
Your password must meet the following password requirements to ensure your accounts security:
Naturally the password and confirm password fields must match
You must also accept our Terms and Conditions which we encourage you to read and understand. Note also that by submitting your request you also accept our Privacy Policy
Finally, hit request access and your request will be sent off for review!
2. Request Review
Next your request will be reviewed by an administrator, they will receive an email with your submitted username and email. (Note: Your password is hash encrypted from the moment you hit submit, no one with access to your account credentials can ever view your password in its decrypted form. Read more about hash encryption and why its so secure here)
The administrator has the option to either Approve or Deny your request based upon what they deem appropriate. To ensure your request will match our expectations see our Terms and Conditions.
We aim to review each request as quickly as possible however their is no specified timeframe that your request will be responded to within
3. Request Approved
If your request is approved you will review an email like the one below:
All that's left now is to hit confirm email to confirm it is you who requested access and you can head to the login page and login!
To learn more about using Robotics IMS, you'll be able to view our QuickStart guide soon™.
4. Request Denied
If your request is denied you will receive an email like the one below
Your email will contain a justification by the administrator who reviewed your request for your denial, while most decisions are final you can again contact enquiries@theiceburg.net if you believe your denial to be wrong.
And that's all you need to know! Enjoy Robotics IMS :)
