Hello!
I keep this another idea kept by me for a while. I want to just put all my thinks here and make an ability to discuss anything related. It's an addition to #247. Unlike the Prelude To The Stupid project, this one is a more long-term project as it needs the working LunaDLL Autocode sub-system including re-implementation of C++-coded fragments with the complex logic needed by some of the included levels.
So, what's exactly "A2MBXT, Episode 1: Analog Funk"?
This is the second SMBX-based major game released by the Talkhaus community around 2014 year. (See official game release page here). Unlike the previous game (#247), this is the first game that started to use the LunaDLL library (introduced by Kil in 2013 year) with the LunaDLL Autocode script language and the bunch of built-in features and C++-coded level stuff. Therefore, this game is a sort of a long-term goal that requires more features done at TheXTech to get this game run on the new engine natively.
There are next goals needed to make this game being repacked with TheXTech:
Complete all required goals for ASMBXT: Prelude To The Stupid as this game is the direct successor.
Implement the memory emulator and LunaDLL Autocode scripting system to get all existing level code work on TheXTech natively
Re-Implement all built-in C++ level codes as (possibly) lua scripts with using of TheXTech lua API to get all these complex levels to work here natively.
More long-term task: cooperate with Talkhaus community to clear up the game from a doze of unwanted stuff. Because this term is REQUIRED, I can't release this game by myself independently. So, instead of that, I could release the manual and the patch to let users on their ends patch the original copy of the game to work with TheXTech natively.
