We are running a hackathon in March 2024, between 3rd and 25th.

This starts on World Book Day, and ends partway through Spring Break. So, with that said, we have a list of projects which entrants are to build which I will detail more below. Here is the list:

Create a platform that integrates with various book APIs to create a digital library. Features could include book recommendations, reviews, and reading lists.

Create an app that uses APIs to fetch content from different literary sources and allows users to create their own interactive stories or adventures.

Book Exchange API

Build an application for a community-driven book exchange program. Use APIs for user authentication, location services, and book database management.

Develop a tool that uses natural language processing APIs to analyze and provide insights into literary texts.
