On November 8, 2022, from approximately 9:08 AM to 10:10 AM Pacific Time, WebReg throttled my scraper.
For WI23/WI23G, my scraper is gathering data at an interval of 0.4s per request (that is, after one request, there is a delay of 0.4 seconds). During the time period specified above, intervals were varying between 2-9 seconds.
This issue has been resolved.
