Unity Web3Modal Error - User disapproved requested notification types

I just recently started implementing the web3modal library for our game in Unity and I am getting an error when scanning hte QR code for both walletconnect and metamask connections:

I've tried to search and also access discord but I can't get into the discord either as it gives me a verification error.

I should mention the app is a Windows app running in the editor during testing. I'm not sure if somehow its related to domain verifications or something like that as I'm not sure how to register windows apps in Unity for that.

I was able to resolve the issue - it seems on windows in unity you need to set the URL and whitelist it too.
