Define Test Procedures to check Simulator's Compatibility with Autoware

• Test code for No.1 to 6 is written (Already some automation features are already implemented)
• PR has been delayed since internally we have found things to refactor first, which Soohyeok (MORAI) is doing some refactoring.

Creating a Simulation Environment (ITRI Campus)

• Almost finished. Asked ITRI about inclination error
• How to share the map? First Google Drive. Then discuss another option such as Gitalab in case any mutual update (from MORAI & TierIV) is required.
  - Another question. How is elevation important? For the current version, the road surface in the simulator is matched to the terrain mesh as a reference. (Thus, elevation from lanelet2 data differs from the elevation of the road surface)

Creating a Bus Model (ITRI Bus)

• Almost finished. Asked ITRI a few questions.
