autoware-documentation: Maintain multiple version of document, especially for the release v1.0

Hi,

Today I noticed the documentation site is updated to use Open AD Kit docker image (https://autowarefoundation.github.io/autoware-documentation/main/installation/autoware/docker-installation/), which is updated from previous docker container environment (https://autowarefoundation.github.io/autoware-documentation/release-v1.0_beta/installation/autoware/docker-installation/).

The current document system support multiple versions as the links used above, which is good. But currently the listed versions are not clear for the release v1.0 version:

My request is to make the release v1.0 version of document more clear to the readers, for example, we can

• rename from "release-v1.0_beta" to "release-v1.0" and get rid of the "beta" word.
• remove all other "pr-*" tags, so it's easier for the reader to find the "main/latest" and the "released" version.

The 1.0 is not released yet.
The 1.0 is not related to any of the Open AD Kit activities or the docker packages.

But I agree we should move the main and other relevant tags to the top.

Did you mean the autoware-documentation v1.0 is not released or autoware v1.0 is not released?

I thought autoware v1.0 is already released because I saw the source branch tag:
