Problems with autoware configuration environment

Recently in the process of checking a problem, I deleted some libraries installed in the system, but when I ran this command rosdep install -y --from-paths src --ignore-src --rosdistro $ROS_DISTRO again, this error occurred, May I ask who has relevant experience and can give advice? You are using Ubuntu 20.04 (focal) but the latest version of Autoware is targeting Ubuntu 22.04.
You can update your OS, try the galactic branch (https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware/tree/galactic), or use Docker.

@maxime-clem Thanks for your reply, I have completed the compilation in ubuntu20.04 and ros-humble environment, but this error still exists. Will this error affect the operation of the program?

The error is because some dependency packages (e.g., tf2_eigen) cannot be found for your version of Ubuntu (focal) using the package manager. If you were able to build, then maybe these libraries were installed manually.
I guess some libraries may only be used at runtime (not at build time), so you should run the nodes to make sure there is no error about some libraries not being found.

Yes Autoware is based on the basic ROS 2 humble environment.
