🖋️ Guidelines for Developers (WIP)

Here are some rules I would like all developers to follow:

1. Get familiar to the codebase, including JavaScript (Node.js) and npm.
2. Keep CI tests up to date.
3. Keep CI tests ✔ GREEN.
4. (Very Bias) The head developer should at least use Emacs on Windows (accept multiple OSs).
5. Eask should at least support 3 Emacs versions (major) counting from the latest (26.x, 27.x, 28.x, and snapshot)
