AtlasTrack Fiber Tract Atlas (DTI) REQUEST

Hi there, this atlas (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/atlastrack) was used in the ABCD study, so i can imagine a ggsegAtlasTrack will be very useful to the whole ABCD research community

I see that there are instructions on creating a custom surface atlas, however, i'm not sure if there are any instructions on creating DTI atlases somewhere?

Thank you for the request. You are quite right, we have not yet create a pipeline to create atlas tracts, mainly because I have very little experience with it, so its hard to start.

One thing that could help me get started, would be freesurfer commands for vieweing slices of tracts (with example tracts, could totally be from Atlas Track so I could try creating the pipeline while also making the atlas.

This would absolutely be a great new addition to the universe.

the names of the different tracts are in the DTI_Fiber_Legend.csv within the documentation folder (dowloaded from https://www.nitrc.org/projects/atlastrack)

HI, GerardYu, could it possible to be converted to .tck or .tck file?
I would like to show some of the tracks in my figure.

Hi @weijian191954 and @drmowinckels - thank you for all your work on ggseg and providing this tool to the community!! I was wondering if this issue was ever resolved as I'm also using ABCD DTI derivatives that use AtlasTrack and would like to plot statistics using ggseg. Thank you in advance!

I currently have no capacity to make new atlases, I'm afraid.

I made ggsegExtra in an attempt to go give the community the possibility to make these themselves, and hopefully contribute it openly so other can use it.
