I've updated to the latest version of Mermaid from 10.5 because I thought the new features would be helpful, and I notice that by default there's a lot more padding between a node's label and its edges.
I've found config.flowchart.padding, but I wanted to decrease the padding for the main nodes in my graph to be more consistent with what it used to look like (in Mermaid 10.5), while keeping the current padding of 15 for specific nodes with smaller labels and different shapes.
