"The Molloch dao structure hasn't felt like a good fit thus far for XRFoundation. But a DAO structure could fit with Metaversity. This is a social mission that would fall in non profit work, but we want to ensure that this helps others establish a path into the metaverse, and sustainable skills and income." - Shaw |

Note for later: From an agile standpoint, we already have a baseline to test. Let's test it as is. What Liam put together is a solid baseline. Roncho, and Jesse James from Angell would be happy to help us test x iterate. |

Who is using this now?:We have had to pause people wanting to adopt the framework. Spent 9 months developing the original framework. 3 months designing the global approach. A lot of work now is around the agreements of an AZPO. It's a young idea, but it's advancing quickly. People are recognizing it's whats needed. We have had certain components tested and proven. Look at how Amazon has grown as a company. Based on their ability to think ahead and operate effectively. The AZPO allows that type of thinking in a distributed manner. A lot of theory in different components which have been proven to work. You are part of a big experiment. |

💡 Stakeholders who come and help shape this will want to have a say in the voting of how the education is dispersed. Imagine if recruiters could have a say in how their recruits are educated before recruiting. |

We are all competing with the Facebooks of the World to find and curate good talent. It's hard to argue with 400k a year. We need to find ways to help folks get from where they are to where they want to be. We all benefit from helping others become creators. |

Liam proposed: finish the skill tree on our website, build some cohesive copy (we are looking for feedback and contribution), see who responds, hold office hours, and iterate |

today we met wiht Oliver Dellivard to discuss the AZPO model as a possibility for Metaversity.
The AZPO is a non-extractive new paradigm business structure that is emerging in the DAO space. This video covers the overview and larger scope of how that works within whole systems.
Speaker is Oliver Devillard, and Michael Gaio.
This might be a good fit for Metaversity as an alternative DAO structure.
