Redis Connection Closed Error - Ideas?

Hello,

We keep getting the following exception when accessing Jobs through the Nautobot Web Interface or API:

Has anyone seen this before or have any advice on what to do to combat it?
We are running Nautobot in K8S and I dont see any connectivity issues to the Redis Pod.

I made some changes to REDIS to try and combat the issue, but it seems it did not work:

Has anyone else had this issue before and know of a workaround/solution?
