Java Template fails Build in Workshop

Again, the build in Workshop is failing in unexpected way, while Cloud works fine.

I think there's a general problem affecting builds. Also in a Static app:

There seems to be something off about resolving images:

maven:3-eclipse-temurin-17-alpine -- doesn't resolve
maven:3-eclipse-temurin-17 -- does resolve

eclipse-temurin:17-jdk-alpline -- doesn't resolve
eclipse-temurin:17-jdk -- does resolve

This is resolved as of the latest 0.5.x release
