I hope everyone is doing great! We have a few exciting updates and important changes coming up:

🚀 New Sprint Kickoff

Our new sprint starts next Monday, August 7th. Please make sure to review the sprint backlog and update your tasks accordingly. We'll be focusing on the following key areas:

• Feature X: Enhancements and bug fixes.
• Feature Y: Initial development and testing.
• Code Refactoring: Improving our existing codebase for better performance.

🛠️ Upcoming Changes

1. Code Review Process: Starting this sprint, we will implement a new code review process to ensure higher code quality. Detailed guidelines will be shared in the Code Review Guidelines document.
2. Branch Naming Convention: To maintain consistency, please follow the new branch naming convention: feature/<feature-name>, bugfix/<issue-number>, hotfix/<issue-number>.
3. CI/CD Pipeline: We are rolling out an improved CI/CD pipeline to streamline our deployment process. More information will be provided during the sprint planning meeting.

📅 Key Dates

• Sprint Planning Meeting: Friday, August 4th at 10:00 AM (Zoom link will be shared).
• Demo Day: Friday, August 18th at 3:00 PM. Be prepared to showcase your work!
