Customizable dashboard common components and/or extension

On console.redhat.com, we recently released our customizable dashboard to the Hybrid Cloud Console homepage on prod, and we have plans to eventually enable services on the console to adopt the dashboard components and interactions on their landing pages as well. We have serveral service teams already asking when they can start using our dashboard components and templates in their spaces, so it feels like a great component for patternfly to offer as an extension to the usual card view. Our dashboard includes, but is not limited to, these featues and interactions ...

• Widget scalability
• Widget drag/drop
• Removing widgets from view
• Adding widgets to view
• Minimizing height of widget
• Locking size + location of widget
