eMMC does not expose as a mass storage device

Stuck here, any idea? I'm using the latest 2021.04 release. This is the version information.

can you check J15 and J17:

Jumper	Setting	Description
J15	Open	USB device mode selection. Open: USB client. Closed: USB host
J17	Open	USB device mode selection. Open: USB client. Closed: USB host

They need to be open for the mass storage device to be detected

Thank you very much for the quick response. I left J15 and J17 open.
Seems my cable is defective. Replacing the cable solved the issue.
