WB-Toolbox v4 Released

The Whole Body Toolbox v4 was released today and is now available for download at https://github.com/robotology/wb-toolbox/releases.

This is a major release, you can find what changed in the release notes.

Here below I summarized the main news:

• Yarp 3 is a requirement.
• Support of C++ automatic code generation exploiting Simulink Coder.
• The toolbox is now split in components and it can be built even if Matlab is not found.
• The blocks are now part of a separated library and it became a plugin (loaded during runtime).
• Parameters parsing has been rewritten.
• Introduced the initial support to use the core component to create new toolboxes with the similar functionalities. Visit the new guide to learn more.

This new version contains minor changes to the installed folder tree. After the update please follow again the Configuration step, either updating the MATLABPATH variable or executing again the startup_wbitoolbox.m script.
