custom dictionary one-and-done

Has the online platform's custom dictionary stopped functioning properly?
e.g. Added "flat-to-lower, " and "A.M. bias"
Their tests immediately returned "flat to lower" and "Am bias" (or "Am Bias" arbitrarily).
We're testing to deploy to our subscriber base individually, but this jargon spec is a major feature for us. Edits are taking longer than the time savings.
