Diehl Hydrus 1.3 with nanoCUL and wmbusmeters homeassistant addon

Hello guys,
I am wondering if one of you is (successfully) running this setup:
Diehl Hydrus 1.3 watermeter
nanoCul868 USB stick with firmware according to: https://github.com/wmbusmeters/wmbusmeters-wiki/blob/master/nanoCUL.md (hardware has been purchased from referrenced site)
homeassistant version: latest
wmbusmeters ha addon version: latest

My problem: all seems to be working correctly (no errormessages at all). However: wmbusmeters is not reporting any received telegram
(wmbusmeters is configured in scan mode - no meters configured)

Why am I asking?: I have found a lot of threads indicating that Diehl hydrus is running well with wmbusmeters. However all of those configs are based on IM871 USB dongles. So I found no proof that my setup should be working at all.

Any information is very appreciated

After I talking to my waterprovider it is clear now that my watermeter does not send any telegrams at all. They just check whether it is possible to "awake" my watermeter...
