Connection refused Wmbusmeters (W-MBus to MQTT)

Update: solved. No more errors. The solution was:

after this there where warnings about new syntax for mqtt sensors in configuration.yaml. I could ignore this and now it works: Diehl Hydrus 171A with AES128-Key from water supplier!
Update:
now are in wmbusmeters no more Errors - but I can get no values. I did create a Sensor but this sensor delivers no count..

In HASSIO with wmbusmeters Addon I got this Error message in Log:

Before the configuration of the device the IMST871a Stick worked fine and showed me my decryptet Device (Diehl Hydrus 171A).
