OK - it turns out that state can be 'on' or 'off'. While the state is reported to be 'OK' on the device page, the underlying state to use here is not 'OK' and the opposite. |

The intent of wmbusmeters is to normalize the meter information. The status field contain OK if no error bits are set. if any error bit is set. in the tpl status or in meter vif erroe flags etc then status will be a string like "BATTERY_LOW BURST" for error bits with no translation it can be ERROR_80 |

Some of the sensors created for my FlowIQ 2200 are binary and the status is reported as "OK" (leak, burst etc). I want to create Home Assistant alerts for when one of these is not OK, but what is the status reported via MQTT in such case?
"NotOK"? "Not OK"? "Error"? - or something else?
Is there a way to test such alarms without throwing out a lot of water?
