We are requesting your approval to transfer 202.5 Million HOT tokens, which is 20.25% of the total initial supply, from the HotorNot Treasury to the Hot or Not Swiss Foundation. This transfer is part of our planned token distribution, as outlined in our Whitepaper. The Swiss Foundation is a vital entity that will develop and manage the infrastructure of the Hot or Not platform, a decentralized social network that empowers users to rate and discover new content.

We will stake 50% of the tokens allocated to the Swiss Foundation for voting purposes, enabling the Foundation to actively participate in the governance of the HotorNot platform.
