The Licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-negotiable software license for use under the following conditions.
The licensee has the right to test the software for the licensor and for use in the teaching process, providing the address of the original software sources.
I give no warranty for the software.
Under no circumstances shall I be liable for damages resulting from the use of the software.
If the two conditions above do not have legal force in the jurisdiction of the licensee, no license is granted.
