This error may occur when upgrading from a very old installation of Tutor. It is due to an old version of the typing-extensions package. - 💥[Deprecation] Get rid of the `quickstart` command. v15.0.0 introduced a deprecation warning, but we actually want users to stop using this command. Instead, use `launch` (by @regisb). - [Improvement] Backfill persistent grades during upgrade from Nutmeg.
