I'm currently running emacs on OSX 10.9 from homebrew installed using:

brew install emacs --HEAD --use-git-head --cocoa --srgb

I love these colorschemes but I have a problem getting them to have the right look. I've tried fiddling with the srgb settings on a mac but they never quite look right.

From the README, it looks like this:

brin

But, this is what I see:

Hi. I think this is probably due to the "emacs in terminal" issue. Currently looking into fixing these. Thanks for the screenshots.

Out of curiosity, which emacs distro do you run, and do you enable use of sRGB? I've had this problem with other themes as well.

I run EmacsForOsx (not using a terminal) and tried turning sRGB on and off, but it doesn't make a difference.

I use Emacs for OSX and for a while was using the GUI. Currently using Emacs running in the terminal and haven't had the time to make them work yet.

Please make it clear in the README this is only for the GUI version of Emacs. Thank you.

Even in GUI Emacs on Ubuntu, the colors looked off for me.

I changed the background color of brin from #11141c to #2b303b, and now it looks much more like ST3 Spacegray.
