THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE ORIGIN APP, BUT PLEASE READ

hey, im here to complain about an issue ive had for a week or 2 now regarding my fc24 launching, the anti-cheat splash popping up (this image as shown)

and it would simply crash, no error code, no message, the application simply closes and the EA app opens.
ive searched for days for a fix, ive tried running the epic games and the ea app as admin, ive tried reinstalling the game 3-4 times, ive tried contacting them for support and i was met with an automated response with no help at all, ive even tried installing this origin app and the same shit happens but this time it opens the Origin app instead of the ea app lol.

im begging for a fix at this point, if anyone can recommend any fixes for me to try id appreciate it, i cant believe i have to go through this in order to play this shitty game.
