LibGossipQuestInfo is a World of Warcraft addon library that adds "missing" quest-related API for the gossip window.

The reason these are considered "missing" is because there is no equivalent API for the gossip windows in the likes of GetAvailableQuestInfo and GetActiveQuestInfo.
