The project should reside at github.com/equinix/vault-plugin-secrets-metal

What factors must we consider for such a move?

Packet branding vs Equinix Metal branding (websites, emails, names)
Repo and Project name references within the project
External artifacts or publish locations?
External documentation sites

@displague I can move it if you create the repo and give me Contributor rights.

IIRC there are no external artifacts, and no external doc sites. It should be straightforward to move this.
