Did someone push a tag and deleted it afterwards?

Edit: I saw conda-forge/pangeo-notebook-feedstock#177 which created the 2023.11.19 packge and https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pangeo-notebook/files?version=2023.11.19 was published yesterday, but not sure why conda raises the error above.

I think there sometimes a delay in the metadata showing a new package and it actually being available for download.
