The cwsl-mas is part of the Climate and Weather Science Laboratory an integrated national facility for model development, the provision and assessment of climate and weather simulations, and establish a readily available archive of climate and weather data for the Australian research community.
The cwsl-mas is a Vistrails plugin (http://www.vistrails.org) that wraps command line tools for climate data analysis and should be used together with git repository cwsl-ctools. The plugin includes inbuilt control flow, automatic provenance creation for NetCDF files, and enables a controlled vocabulary and data structure for sharing and publishing of results.
